In the café we make an effort to ensure as much of our produce as possible is fairly traded.
Fair trade is an alternative approach to conventional trade as it brings consumers and companies together to offer small scale farmers the opportunity to set, and in turn receive, realistic prices for their produce.
In addition, skills are recognized and encouraged and these organisations put profits into programmes for the well being of their members and the wider community.
